Note:
These instructions are intended for right hand bowlers.
If you are a lefty, reverse instructions.

To Start:

Stand about one and a half meters from the foul line.
Face "square" on to the pins. Hold the ball at waist height.

First Step:

Push the ball out and down, stepping forward with your right foot at the same time.

Second Step:

Let the ball swing down to your side in a "pendulum" movement.
Your left hand will extend out to the side for balance.

Third Step:

As you start this step the ball goes into the "top" of the backswing.
The Ball should NOT be any higher than your shoulder height.
Remember, keep your elbow straight!

Fourth Step:

Slide forward on your left foot with your left knee bent.
Let the ball "naturally" roll off of your hand and allow your aim to follow through.

Remember:

Continue the swing of your arm until you're "pointing" at the pins.
Your left arm will extend for balance. Keep your hips and shoulders "square" twoards the target.
DON'T open your hand when releasing the ball, keep your fingers in the "grip position".
